Apple co-founder and genius Steve Jobs has died at age 56. Jobs had battled cancer for the past several years.
Apple released the following statement late yesterday:
"It is not possible to overstate Jobs’ contributions to the way we live. iTunes and the iPod completely changed the way––the very basic way––we listen to music. Music became lists of songs, not stacks of CDs. And you could take it all with you, everywhere you went. The iMac changed personal computing by making it more creative, less serious, and more fun. The iPhone is just an unstoppable, incredible force, and the iPad has the sort of futuristic potential Jobs must have always imagined."
Steve, you will be missed.
