Mac Miller Also Releases Tracks in 4/20 Spirit
Although it was very appropriate producer Paper Diamond released a free track last Wednesday, as he is based in Boulder where 4/20 shuts down universities, it is a little more fitting the young weed-connoisseur Mac Miller would do so. In fact, the Pittsburgh based 19-year-old dropped not one, but three singles to celebrate the occasion.
The ingeniously-titled, proclaimed weed-anthem “Let’s Get High” opens with “If you say I make too many weed songs, I say you don’t smoke enough weed”. It’s, purposely I would imagine, chiller than most of his banger-filled mixtapes, but pretty catchy nonetheless. The 2nd track, “3rd Dimension”: ehhh, doesn’t do much for me. But the final one, “Piffsburgh”, tops its clever name and hilarious Kat Willams sampled intro with a straight-up 90s minimalist beat. Check them out below and then right-click to download.
